Igniting Performance improvement across the breadth of the organization is exactly what my expertise is as a Human Resources and Relationship Performance Professional. Because you realize the human capital of your organization is its most valuable asset, I want to work with you to further develop your Associates so that each of them may realize fulfillment within their Roles and return to the organization improved performance and productivity. This is my Value Proposition for the Role of Human Resources Manager.

 

Outcomes/Opportunities I provide you in this Role:

 

·        Using Relationship Performance to attain exceptional performance from Associates, while ensuring that Associates receive what they need to be motivated to meet and exceed the requirements of their Roles.

·        Decreased Associate turnover and loss of some of the best performers resulting from the goal of helping Associates achieve success and fulfillment within the organization.

·        Associate employment benefits and overall benefits administration costs have been rising within the industry. My experience and knowledge in this area can yield significant cost savings while maintaining (or possibly increasing) benefits provided to Associates.

·        Leadership must constantly exhibit attitude of support for the principles of relationship performance and meeting the needs of Associates and the organization.

·        Support personal and professional growth with attendance at annual HR conference or seminar.

·        Life balance is very important to me, but I will also go to extremes to positively impact the lives of our Associates.
